Was promised by Jesse that I would get before the court for $15K-$20K. Spent over $20K and they never filed a thing with any court. Spent thousands on letters back and forth trying to 'negotiate' with someone I said was incapable of being negotiated with. The last straw was when I asked Timothy Kernutt to send a letter and heard nothing for a week only to find out that he had left the business. When I saw the letter that had been sent that was never sent to me as a draft to check, it was missing information that were in my instructions. When I asked them to resend it with the correct information, I was only offered their hourly rate to fix something I had already paid for which had not been followed according to my instructions. If you want a law firm that doesn't listen to you and is only interested in racking up billable hours, then Pentana Stanton Lawyers are for you.25 Nov 2025
