Richard and his team at pcplanIT are fantastic, there's a real community feel about these guys. They're definitely becoming my chosen computer store, having gone there a few times looking for advice & something very specific - and they both gave great advice and went to great lengths to find what I wanted and I had my laptop back within a couple of days. They've got a good range of all sorts of bits and pieces at good prices, and will order in whatever I needed. Love having such a great local store.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
When we provide hardware (hard drive, memory, motherboard etc) we always warranty the items whether new or second-user (often needed when fixing or upgrading older equipment).
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I started in 1999 when the IT world was full of doom and gloom over the "Millenium Bug" and this caught my interest. As it happened, there were no issues and the new Millenium started without a single hitch!
