  Hello Paws in the Park, this review is long overdue as I have been a client for almost 2 years now. It all started with a friendly and efficient email exchange with Kirsty in May 2014 which led to Lauren walking Phoebe & Casper twice a week for approximately 8 months. Lauren was so lovely and Phoebe absolutely adored her. I found this out when we bumped into Lauren at Riverside Gardens Bayswater once and Phoebe started crying with excitement from seeing her! When I was informed that Lauren was not going to walk the dogs anymore, naturally I was very concerned but Fabien was truly amazing. His communication is superb, he loves the dogs and I know this because Mum spied on him while she visited us. Sorry Fabien, I promise we are not weirdos! Mum told me Fabien talked to the dogs calmly and made sure they'd sit nicely before putting the lead on. I was on annual leave once and therefore did not require Fabien's service that week and Phoebe actually waited outside for him which is odd because she is such an indoor dog. I took a photo of her sitting outside on the bbq chair and emailed it to Fabien. The dogs had the pleasure of being walked by Tim once and his communication was also great. Kirsty herself is always friendly and efficiently accommodating whenever I need to change the days of the walks. Thank you guys for your wonderful service. I am truly grateful to have such a competent, kind and trustworthy bunch of people taking care of our beloved dogs who are an integral part of our family.
