  I engaged this removalist due to the review & what seem like reasonable price per hour. However it turned out I paid too much for not that much value. The guys working on the job were super slow. My move was just some furniture (no packing) for one bedder, single household, moving just across the street (2 mins drive), both apartments with lift access, clear parkings. Took them 3 hours to move. I was also charged for the time it took for them to drive from their depot to my place and back - I didn't know they would charge that - never happened in my previous moves, or else I would hire someone much closer to my place!!! So overall I had to pay more than 1k to move some furniture that collectively doesn't even worth that much! I do think they're careful enough with the furniture. But really for a poor single person with disability like me, this is just too much. I would recommend anyone with some cost concerns & live far from their depot to think twice before engaging this removalist - the final bill may shock you and leave you broke - like me, no money left for Christmas :(.

  Hi Hong, Paying for travel is industry standard, this was also clearly written on your quote, your invoice and explained verbally over the phone. This is without a doubt the busiest week of the year and we re-juggled our schedule to fit your move in at such short notice. We gave you an estimated time frame (travel included) and we were within that time. Nevertheless we’re upset to hear that your expectations were not met and we wish you a safe and Merry Christmas!
