The two guys from North Removals were friendly, efficient movers and careful with furniture. Their communication could have been much better--running late is one thing, but a more realistic time frame would have been appreciated, as I was also busy and could have used those hours. They forgot two large boxes and promised to return for them, but never did, despite assurances. An alternative would have been to apologise and given a partial refund, or simply said upfront they were too busy. Due to lockdown restrictions on friends helping and not having a car, I had to hire a car to complete the move. Overall, with better communication I would have given four stars.Reece M

Very Bad..they damaged my 65 inch plasma TV by not knowing how to pick it up and transport it ..when i asked for their insurance policy they failed to provide it for me ..they said i complained about the damage 4 days out of the time frame that their insurance company could act ..their website under its insurance cover department never mentioned anything abou t a 4 day response time...They are negligent and irresponsible
