Hello Gianluca, As discussed with you, your existing switchboard is within Zone 1 - 2.5m of the pool and not in a compliant location. This requires moving your meter board and all existing circuits to a compliant location which is a significant undertaking not previously quoted. The system quote you received is for a quality Sungrow system with EPS backup well below market price. The delay in time between initial consultation and install date is due to industry wide logistical delays by manufacturers and distributors due to the battery rebate demand. Installing the system without addressing the meter board compliance is not possible, any installer would be faced with the same situation with the same considerations in order to get the works done in a legal and compliant manner, this is an entire days work for multiple employees, expecting this to be provided for free is unrealistic and not feasible for any company. Had a plumbing job done through this company they charged an exorbitant $726.00 just for cutting a bit of pipe and connecting it together then glue welding it.fix a leak . The plumber said he couldnt do it on the first visit so he unplugged the toilet from the main. On the second visit he bought some minor parts such as piping and glue took him 45 minutes for the job and he was done.His callout fee was $170each time.Stefan D
