  Still getting over how bad my experience was. Asked if we could change our move to Sunday instead of Saturday due to covid and then the truck did not turn up and had to find someone else on a Sunday!

  1. I required a team of 3 movers which you accepted. You failed to supply 3 movers which then resulted in a 4 hour job turning into a 6.5 hour job. 2. The movers were 2 hours late which meant I had to cancel a client meeting resulting in a significant loss of income for me. 3. The truck supplied was too small which meant a good portion of my belongings were not able to be moved. Plus the lack of space saw several attempts to try to fit everything in meant the time taken to pack what could be packed was hugely extended. 4. I had to use a second mover to pick up the rest of my belongings at extra cost. 5. Several pieces of furniture were damaged.

  Awful experience. One of the contractors was already injured and when goods got damaged they tried to blame it on me. They got aggresive and threatning. My moovers refused to provide assistance or address the matter of compensation based on the job taking 3X longer then expected and not to the standard we had asked for.

  Got a call on Friday night to say they couldn't make it on Saturday. No help whatsoever with any alternatives. Sounded as though they had a better paying job come in so mine got dumped in favour of that. Had to lose a day's work and as it was the end of the month had to pay another month's rent. Overall it cost me around $1500. Was offered "a discount". No offer of compensation which should be given as both a legal and ethical requirement in this case. The guys who turned up eventually did a great job so the stars are for them but no stars for My Moovers who couldn't have cared less about me. When I asked what would happen if I had to get my goods and furniture removed for people who were moving in on Sunday, the only response was...we cannot help you. Will never use them again and will make sure I let everyone know how no help, no alternative, no compensation for their mismanagement is the My Moovers experience.
