  Alex arrived for the site visit on time and proceeded to do a thorough and comprehensive inspection detailing problem areas and solutions. His manner was both professional and reassuring which left us feeling totally confident in his ability. The quote arrived and compared to others there was no question about our choice. Alex offered to come back and help with paint and colour options, unbelievable as we live in a rural area. They arrived on the day promised, completed the job to a very high standard and Alex returned to do a final inspection just to make sure everything was perfect. Best experience we have ever had with any tradesman, we highly recommend Alex and his team.
