We also guarantee we will respond within 24 hours to our client's queries and one of our in-house KPIs is to 100% qualified, 100% of the time. The structure of the business i.e. pty ltd, trust, super fund How quickly does the work need to be carried out and do what resources do we have that we can allocate to this client? Will the work be required to be performed on or off-site?

With a team of bookkeepers and accountants, we can ensure we have the right person, doing the right job at the right time. This helps keep costs down for our clients, whilst ensuring we can offer educated advice, the first time, without the need to research etc.  We also adopt a number of best-in-bread practice management tools, meaning our overheads are significantly less than other firms, thereby assisting in keeping costs down for our clients.

Our pricing structure is a combination of hourly rates and fixed fees, meaning our clients can ramp or scale back on our sevices as required, whilst ensuring they have surety around costs for a number of their compliance services.
