  Disappointed that nothing was done to a satisfactory standard. Hand basins not done, kitchen sink not clean, floors had dirt and fluff on them - the clean was below par.

  Disappointed x 2. Single Mum who also works full time and just moved housewith a small child and with very little time and I have to return to clean my prior property over the weekend after it had a "vacate/bond clean" or I am not getting my full bond back. Twice the cleaners came into my home for a vacate clean, second time was to rectify and both times were unsatisfactory and I am beyond frustrated, drained and embarrassed at this point. Basic things like the wiping of windows and the wiping out of the drawers and cabinets inside and out were the least of what was not completed. I feel unvalued as a paying customer. In good faith I paid the second time around without checking the property as I figured that surely the job would have been satisfactory the second time but indeed was not when my landlord walked through potential new tenants whom pointed out further faults after the second clean. Now I am going back over the Halloween weekend (which my son is obsessed with and what we would rather be doing) to finish this job myself to ensure I receive my bond back. Very disappointed, I would have kept my money and done it myself or paid someone more than capable with attention to detail, being very capable being a dental nurse I could have kept my money and had the job done properly the first time around. I am emotionally exhausted to say the least, first weekend of not unpacking in my new home and there's now more work to be done that I have already paid this company do to. My old landlord will be taking $200 from my bond at this stage, but I will be rectifying this myself to keep my rental record and reputation clean. To say I am upset is an understatement I just wanted this to be over and done with :(

  Great customer service and communication. Cliff was extremely helpful and accommodating as we kept moving our bond clean dates. The cleaning service was extremely professional and his rates are reasonable. Highly recommend this bond clean service.
