I was working for other company as a (A class) electrician, 7 years ago and I dispatched to the address to fix and repair the telephone point which was installed by one of other electrician from same company, so when I got there the customer was very upset because the other guy damaged a few thing in the house so I did such a great job that me and the angry customer became good family friend.
