Hi! I'm Brad and I'm the director of LINK Living and I'm a property management specialist. I started as a property manager in 2012 and have never looked back. I love burgers, footy, property and my little family. Enough about me, more on my company LINK Living. LINK Living is a boutique property management company in Fortitude Valley that services properties in Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs. We offer investors and tenants a personal and professional service. Communication is key and with a progressive eye on cloud-based services and technology, you are always in the loop with your property. No one else can give you what we offer. Potential agencies will say they can maximise your return by getting higher rents and lower vacancy rates. I suggest you say "Ok great, that's what you should be doing as a minimum but what else can you do to maximise my return?" I can guarantee the majority will be stumped. Ask your potential agents if they can offer you the following and if they can, is it all in-house and not by some arrangement where they make a referral fee for sending you to some other location. Some more questions to ask: - Do you have an in-house finance team to make sure I am getting the best deal on my investment property loan and that my loans are structured effectively for additional property purchases in the future? - Do you have an in-house tax team who specialise in tax for investment property owners like me so I get the best possible tax outcome? - Can you put me in touch with a depreciation expert to prepare a depreciation report for my property to maximise my tax deductions every year? If they can't answer yes to all of those questions then they can't "Maximise your returns".     Brad is exceptional in terms of communication and professionalism. I had a terrible PM before Brad came in and he handled everything really well. I was really upset and frustrated by the negligence of the old PM but Brad reassured me that we will take care of everything one at a time. He cares about his clients and I'm happy to have him look after my property.

    As a tenant dealing with Brad and his team from linkliving was great. They always responded promptly and followed through on what they said, which is much more than I can say for my previous experiences renting. Brad took over management from a different real estate partway through my lease and the whole rental process vastly improved from then onwards.
