We carry a current Victorian Plumbers liability cover policy with insurer QBE. Additionally to this all of our works are issued with a certificate of compliance by the practitioner as set out and regulated by the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) . This certificate carries a warranty of 7 years.

We take plumbing very seriously and we believe that it is a very honourable trade, as a plumbing instructor once told us, "your job is to bring fresh potable water to the household, ensure there is hot water for the home and ensure there is a roof over the house keeping a family safe!" We agree!

We recently sent out our technician to a maintenance call out in the leafy suburb of Kew, once he arrived the client had made a mention that he looked very familiar, without even knowing ,the client worked out that there was a relation with a lost relative and they were re-united! Amazing!
