My customers will not be required to share their Covid vaccination status with me. I take my own precautions and I don’t expect anyone to feel like they have to do anything. I’m here to clean and make your day that little bit easier :)

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I was working in a cleaning company a year ago and had a regular client every week. She was through NDIS and was always super happy to be able to have us clean and also keep a conversation. One afternoon she asked me if I had kids, I said yes I have 3 and my middle child will be 3 next week. The next week I was there doing my normal cleaning and she comes into her bathroom and gives me a wrapped gift for my middle child’s birthday. It was a picture of me with all my cleaning products in her bathroom and on the picture she quoted “happy birthday (kids name), you’re mum is superwoman and loves you so much.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

House or office etc. How many bedrooms-bathrooms? Pricing depends on this. Do you need a deep clean or a general? Pricing also depends on this. If wanting any extras done in the clean, the quote will be a little higher depending on the extras you want done.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I charge by house. I quote prices depending on size of the house. Single story- 1-3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom: starting price $90-150. Double story - 3+bedrooms and 2 or more bathrooms: starting price $150-220.  A intital deep clean is a lot more work and costs more then a general clean. We’re happy to do this.  A general clean is: wipe down bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms. Vacuum whole house and mop where mopping is needed.  We also do bathroom only cleans. $50-$70.  Vacuum and mop house only: $30-40.  There’s different packages for a clean and we are more then happy to chat with you for a good price :)

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Accepted Answer

I worked as an industrial cleaner for 1 and a 1/2 years and a residential cleaner on the side. I’ve had plenty of training and have even trained my team. I have a passion for cleaning and I always do my 100% best at giving a nice clean home/office.
