I am insured for public liability and guarantee my work to be of a high standard and if a customer is not satisfied with the services being provided, I will not expect to be paid.

I got into this line of work when I was in my twenties because I loved working in an office and using my skills that I had learnt at college, so I could put them into good use in a job that I love doing.

I had a customer who was a lawyer and she had two young children.  We were working in the office when she received a telephone call from her mother.  Her daughter was sick and needed to be picked up from school and her other daughter who was 8 months old was at the office.  I offered to stay back and babysit her, so she could take her sick daughter home.
