I have always worked in offices and when a friend asked me to help him out on a casual basis I really enjoyed it and he then told a friend - word of mouth has been my most advertising - 15 years later I have a successful Bookkeeping Company with over 40 clients

I have a customer that sends me emails on a regular basis Thanking me for "Changing her life".  She now has time to spend with her growing family as well as keeping her hand on the pulse of her business .

I truly love going to work everyday, I a very lucky in that respect.  To see that you help people 'get there life back'  is a truly great thing.  A lot of people do not realize the governance involved in running a small/micro business.

How can you possible enjoy all this paperwork and numbers?? I truly enjoy when I 'balance' after a difficult reconciliation.  That gives me job satisfaction.  It is a lot of problem solving and detective work also.

My reputation precedes me - I have never had, and never will, have any trust issues.  I have clients that I have access to there bank accounts not just that 'there baby' (there business) is very important to them. I respect that because i feel exactly the same way about my 'baby' (business)

All the company information - do not leave anything out.  We can help you if you help yourself..   We need all paperwork that is relevant to the business.  Employee information is a must (If applicable)

Have all invoices receipts bank statements and relevant paperwork into date order. Have filing done - as much as possible  Leave plenty of time for the initial interview

We are very up to date with the market, through constant research.  Also, we are members of relevant industry organisations with access to all round information on the Bookkeeping Industry.

We start off with hourly rate and lodgement fees, however once established we can move to fixed fee invoicing, with consultation with the client.  7 day invoicing is the preferred turn around.

We specialize in all areas of bookkeeping in particular payroll, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts payable and the set up of Accounting Systems including MYOB, Reckon, Quickbooks Onlilne and Zero
