  I've employed KDA accounting for lodging my tax-return for the last 4 years. It was fine until I recently noticed an abnormality in their previous lodgment and seek their clarification. Instead of clarifying or providing a solution, KDA accounting refused to review their previous work by saying that I've signed the Tax Lodgment. Despite of many attempt to reach out, they ignored all my messages, which left me no channel to communicate with them. This is totally unprofessional how KDA accounting handled the matter. As layman, we hired KDA accounting, so that we can rely entirely on their expertise to get their part right. (later on, I found out it is a input error from KDA accounting). It is absurd that they will not even discuss about their taxation works prepared on our behalf. Any potential customer, please second thought about hiring KDA Accounting. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience for us.
