BTS Project Solutions provides a complete Building Service to its clients - especially Owner Builders and Private Developers. We also arrange Building Approvals as part of the service. Generally we provide completion of the total design and drafting process within 3 working weeks from commencement

In order to provide a quick reliable quote for Building and Engineering documentation the following are requested: 1) Outline of the proposal - preferably sketched to scale. 2) An idea of materials and finishes required. 3) Copy of latest approved plans - preferably from the Council.

1) Have a good idea of what you want to achieve. 2) Make preliminary enquiries with the Local Council to see if you will receive approval for your project. 3) Decide on an affordable budget and ensure that you will have access to finance.

Our pricing is based on an estimate of the time required to complete the submission to Council with a small margin added. This keeps our pricing competitive.
