We are reliable because we use a job booking app to book your home for a clean at a certain time and date. You will get notified when we are on our way. All our staff are police checked and we don't hire/use subcontractors so all our employees are tracked/monitored as they clean your home.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Price is more than money. You can find a cleaner with a cheap price, with zero customer service, subcontractors who don't care about their work and no complaint system in case things go wrong. But, if you work with us, you will get the top-shelf service you are looking for. Our costs cover award wages for our cleaners, fuel, travel times, chemicals, equipment, complaint system, management, cleaners in uniform, police checks, public liability insurance, the Jim's national brand and so much more which means you get way more than you are paying for.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by the job, so we will quote your house in person first and give you a total package price that will achieve your cleaning goals. You can give us a budget to work with and we can discuss how to meet that with our pricing.

Our customers are looking for a regular house cleaner who they can build a relationship with and trust with their homes. We specialise in high-end, white glove cleaning for best-in-street results. If you are looking for a 'cheap deal' from a dodgy cleaner, then that is not Jim's Cleaning.
