I am a local small business owner and offer the following Building Consultancy Services in the Mornington Peninsula and Southern Suburbs of Melbourne. As a carpenter by trade for 20 years, i have been Site Manager on medium scale Apartment builds for the previous 10 years. I hold a Cert 4 in Building and Construction and draw on all of these skills and experience when inspecting properties. I offer the following services; -Pre Purchase Building and Timber Pest Inspection - Building Inspections - Defect Reporting - New Construction - Stage Inspections - Slab, Frame, Lock Up and Practical Completion - Dilapidation Inspections - Depreciation Schedules - Asbestos Condition Reporting and Sampling - Commercial Property - Condition Reports All Inspections are undertaken with: - A 24 hr turnaround on Inspection Reports following the Inspection, in most cases it is the same evening on the inspection. - Comprehensive but easy to read reports (typically 35-40 pages) inclusive of detailed photos - Verbal advice to Clients after the Inspection is complete including recommendations and trades needed. - Fully Covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability
