From long time I was interested in animals so I studied bachelor of science and specialised in Suzy and chemistry for my practical life.I do Pest Control.

What do you like most about your job?

Customer satisfaction when the call or message me after 2 to 3 weeks thanking me for a good job and get rid of all pests and insects that invaded their property

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Customer should ask about all the single and little details of the job. unfortunately usually technicians in market, they shall spray chemicals while they don’t know what these chemicals for? what’s advantage of using this indoor or outdoor? They have just been advised to use this one indoor and that one outdoor without knowing their effect on insects, humans, pets? what’s the right concentration? and so on. so for me I ask the technician one question if he answered just a question, for me he doesn’t know anything. but if he explained and educated me about everything that means he knows what he’s doing.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I look after the customer and they don’t like to be very expensive because I feel like life is already tough however I’ll try not to compromise with the quality so my price is not the cheapest but it’s not expensive. That’s because I look for quality as first priority.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Bachelor degree in science measured in zoology and chemistry and licensed from EPA to be a Pest Control technician

He is helpfull and polite. He even came 3rd times free of charge to help us to get rid of German cockroach.

Very happy with the service. Mena was polite, honest, on time, and easy to deal with. The house hadn’t had pest control done for a long time, so he carried out a full inspection and pest treatment at the same time, including inside the house and roof areas. He explained everything clearly and provided a report on what needed attention. He later returned to complete preventative termite treatment, which was done thoroughly. I have full confidence in his work and would happily recommend him.
