  They were slow to proceed. Then seemed to be slow to complete the request (for 5 Cost Prices). Then they wanted to increase the Quote from $220 to $385. At one stage I felt they were bargaining the changed Quote fee for the last piece of information I was requesting. In the end they provided that last piece of information after I stated that I did not agree to the changed Quote fee. I would not use them again.
