Yes i am insured with WFI and have been for years and i do warrant my work and use quality products to reduce problems and possible manufacturer failures.  by using quality we know the parts will have warranty.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My father was a plumber and i really wanted to work with reptiles, as i found that line of work difficult to enter into i chose plumbing as asecond choice, but overall i was very adaptive to the requirements and aptitude for plumbing

I like only having to work on weekends as i have an excellent job with the government on weekdays however; carrying out plumbing gives satisfaction of a finished product to admire after completion.

A very hard question to answer however; confidence can be heard in the voice of someone that knows their plumbing, i will give examples of why i would do something so the customer has an understanding of where i am coming from.  not all agree with what i have to offerhowever; if safety and quality is not wanted then i will not attempt the work.

Customers normally ask how much to do something, my answer normally is i will come look and give a firm price.  because i like to work in local area i believe in a free quote.

I only work eekends and some nights due to a fulltme position, my jobs are normally small so over staying on jobs does not occur to often. because i only work in local area imy travel times are kept short.

A customer should hire me over another only when they feel confident that they are going to get the right job done for a reasonable price, i pride myself on honesty.

Customeris required to give as much detail as can be arranged or the liklehood of an incorrect quote will be possible.  estimates are more reasonable as they are more flexible for both parties.

1. Research what it is you want completed. 2. Request quotes that plumbers can actually inspect   prior otherwise the skope may be incorrect. 3. Use local plumbers as they are more likley to be on time and most likley will not rush the job to get home to the kids.

Weekday Rates on Weekends.  This price normally gives the client an opportunity to have work carried out on weekends when most other plumbers are wanting to go watch their kids in sport or want to charge the earth to do minor works.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Most likley my charges are higher than some however; quality is not cheap, if you want cheaper it may end up costing you in the long run.  the majority of my work is referal however; i do advertise in a small way.

Generally i charge cash as i do not engage cheques nor credit cards, due to only working on weekends i cannot afford the EFTPOS machines.

Gas is my most knowledgable facet of plumbing however; can complete most aspects.  Gas Room heater service, gas bayonet installations, gas service installations and general repairs.

I have many years experence in many aspects of plumbing, it will be noticable when someone first talks to me that i know my stuff and if i do not know i will advise them i do not however; i am very proficient at research and can normally figure out the correct answers.
