How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I originally came from an artistic background, with a love of drawing. When I started to truly explore make-up, I discovered that art and make-up are very closely aligned. I approach my work like I would a blank canvas, using the shapes of the face and the natural strengths to create a look which is completely complementary to the client.

I love meeting new people and creating looks for them that they love and that will last them all day.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

In order to make sure you are hiring the right professional for your needs, it is a good idea to ask for photo's of the artists work.   A lot of the time, if it looks too good to be true, then it usually is. The industry is saturated with artists charging very low prices, however be mindful of the artists hygiene, the tools they are using, the quality of their work and the quality of the make-up used.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

To date I have never cancelled on a client. I am always punctual (around 15 mins early) and have never arrived at a clients premises late.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Accepted Answer

I am an industry experienced make-up artist, able to do any style and I am up to date with the latest make-up trends.  I do not charge a Travel Fee if travelling under 80kms (one way) or Kit Fee.  I also guarantee that your makeup will not budge all day. I have had clients sleep with their make-up on and send me photos and their lashes are still on without any lifting, and their eye make-up is still smoothe and beautifully blended.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Given the high quality of my work, my prices are very competitive.   Excluding travel fees and kit fees from my pricing, enables me to continue to be competitive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Fee's are typically $100 per person, unless booking with 3 or more, and then the price decreases from there.  Please check my website for accurate pricing, or request a quote.
