  The whole team from Impact Energy were fantastic. Most of my questions and communication was with Scott and he was able to answer all my questions and didn't leave me unsure about anything. We discussed many options for Solar System solutions and we ended up with the Panels that I was looking for along with the best Inverter for my situation. Through the whole process, I did not feel like I was being guided towards a particular solution or product. What I wanted, was what Scott was happy to do. The team on the day were on time, friendly and approachable. I was very happy to see that Scott who sold me the solution was also on the roof installing it too. The team did a great job, installed in a timely manner and didn't leave until they had given me all the required paperwork and a complete run down on system. Had a look around after the team had left and there was no leftover rubbish, no broken tile surprises and everything looked tidy and professionally installed. Beyond happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

  This business is very professional, honest and ethical. They answered all my questions and reassured me that the Solar Power system I was installing was the right one for me. They completed all the necessary paperwork promptly and got my system up and running in a very timely manner. An important decision for me was to talk to the electricians that were installing the system and not a salesperson. Would have no hesitation in referring this business to family and friends.
