    I fell for the thousand good reviews here and it cost me $325 plus hundreds more in damages. I strongly suspect these reviews are farmed, bought or manipulated because my experience was a nightmare. I paid for a thermal service, but my MacBook Air was returned in a worse condition, heating up more and was physically painful to touch. The owner, Alen, admitted in writing that he misdiagnosed the fault as a CPU issue and ignored the GPU overheating. Because Alen told me it was "normal" and to "keep using it," my laptop now has permanent GPU failure (green lines appearing on screen) that didn't exist before I gave it to them. They have made the issue significantly worse and are now ignoring my requests for a refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Avoid this shop at all costs. Please don't let the good reviews fool you like they fooled me. I am now forced to escalate to NSW Fair Trading and NCAT to get my money back as Alen won’t provide a refund. I have asked for a refund THREE TIMES under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), but he continues to ignore my requests and keeps asking to talk on the phone about my unit. I have made it clear that there is nothing to talk about. I do not trust this business with my laptop ever again, and as a uni student, I cannot afford to waste any more time or risk further damage. UPDATE: Alen has been harassing and coercing me into being my laptop back to him. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and the fact that he keeps trying to cross my boundaries is disgusting. I don’t want to give him my laptop because I don’t trust him with it. I don’t want him to fix anything. I simply want my money back. I shouldn’t have to ask him more than once. This reminds me of dealing with a toddler or the guy that you meet at a bar or a party who won’t leave you alone or take no for an answer.
