We are insured as a mobile business (refer to certificate uploaded)  and we guarantee our work 110%, we have had the pleasure of bringing smiles to all walks of life and this is what backs up our guarantee, time and time again.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Firstly, for all my life I have loved helping people, and secondly I believed that I would be able to provide a cleaning service that would be better than what was around at the time, to raise the standard of domestic cleaning. almost a decade later and I have and still do, what I intended to do.

We completely transformed one particular house, which sparked this particular client to change other aspects of his life which he believed needed to change. To date, his residence is one of the tidiest domestic jobs and he is in the best health of his life. He was grateful for us.

we love to help people, we love knowing that we are bettering the lives of people, in a insignificant but apparent way, and that is the real perk of the job. Also what we enjoy is seeing clients we have cleaned for continue to maintain their house, so their whole family prospers.

I personally believe that it depends on what you require, but if you are ever after carpet cleaning, it is important to ask whether it is 'steam' or 'dry' cleaning. Dry cleaning is not a complete carpet cleaning method, as the germs and dirt deep in the fabric remain. Steaming is penetrative.

A lot of people often ask if we charge per hour, and we do not. We believe in package based pricing as we work efficiently and can fit more clients in the day. People who charge by the hour always take their time, and for the people who like to be there when we are, that is your time as well.

Trust is another issue people have with house cleaners, but all of HH's staff can provide a police record check, and we recommend to meet in person when we initially start working for a new client. We schedule our weeks in advance and we liaise frequently with our clientele so as to not in-convene

We have tailored our pricing to be extremely competitive given the quality and diversity of our work. We take pride in our willingness to take on any jobs, no matter how large or small, as some companies refuse to take on jobs deemed as 'too small' - YOUR job is worth our time.

The most paramount bit of information is the size of the house (in rooms and bathrooms) and the conditions. We are more than happy to come and have a look free of charge for any quotation if you would like, which does result in a more accurate quote.

The controllable variables that, for us, incline us to charge less is if the house is easily accessible internally ie. furniture and loose items are removed from the floor, or only choosing certain services, such as opting to have everything cleaned EXCEPT one bathroom for example.

Our pricing is competitive based on our research on alternate cleaning service providers and taking on board feedback from our clients. We personally believe our pricing is the benchmark for a quality cleaning service.

We operate on a package basis, we do not charge by the hour, and our prices are purely specific to the job, which we will conclude with upon our free quotation or even over the phone.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We  specialize in End of Lease Cleaning, we pride ourselves in being the complete package and offer quality steam cleaning and stain removal of carpets, plus the standard EOL required cleaning. Domestics, Windows, and any other one-off cleaning jobs are equally a specialty and are most welcomed.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

With almost a decade in the industry, we have extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in cleaning inside and outside a house. We can provide sound advice on the 'how to,' and which products to use. The range of jobs we have completed over this time is in itself what makes us 'qualified.'
