  Never again! Don’t waste your money or time! Lack of communication & tardiness. Firstly they were meant to arrive at 1pm to do the job. I started contacting them after I hadn’t heard from them. After several calls abs texts I heard from them close to 45 mins later saying they were in geelong at another job and they were running late. I agreed to have them come to the house at 5 pm. Again no contact from them until 5:40pm and he didn’t arrive at the house until 6pm. False & misleading information I asked for a quote for a room stating it was the upstairs living area/study. They quoted $40. To ensure they were quoting correctly & concerned that it was so badly stained that they’d mis-quoted or would not be able to do the job. I offered to send photos of the area that was needed. The photos included the small hallway attached to the upstairs room, the stains close up & I stated that I’d move every your of the way so they can do the job. They confirmed they could do it & the price was $40. Great. I took out extra as I was going to show them the small rug that I wanted them to clean. Taking out $80 in cash. We agreed do them to come to the house at 1pm the next day. When he finally arrived (5 hours late) he then stated that the job would cost $110 as the room was bigger than he expected from the photos (not my issue.., I showed all aspects of the room). He said the room minus the hallway would be $80 and that the job would take a “long time to do”. Again not my fault he was 5 hours late. He then wanted to charge $10 extra for the rug. I was getting angry considering he was 5 hrs late & then charging me double the amount. He then agreed to do the rug & room for $80. I allowed it to go ahead as I needed the job done urgently due to the dog stains on the carpet. I was worried it was going to damage the carpet. Poor quality workmanship There was a number of stains that didn’t come off. He claimed it was going to damage the carpet & he didn’t want to keep going over those stains. He was there for less than 40 mins doing the work. The carpets were not deodorised & still stunk after he did the job. Terrible customer service Three days later and I’m still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me. I’ve made several attempts to request my receipt & nothing. I still haven’t received it. I’m literally going to need to get another company in to do the job as these guys were a joke!

  The team did a good job to the exterior part of the body. I was hoping they could get rid of some stains on the seats but it might need more cleaning to get back to its former glory days.

  Firstly they were 45 minutes late, I had to call them to find out where they were and as far as I can tell they'd forgotten about the job. Came back the next day to check the carpets and they were still incredibly damp, some spots didn't look properly cleaned and there was a really musty horrible smell in the air because of the amount of water still in the carpet. Do not recommend at all.
