I had a few customer stories one been that of a House that was Ruined by the tenants and had to be restored back to its original state.That house was Restored by me and my partner and was showcased on tv.

Customer usually ask if I pay hourly rate or fix rates on cleans. My answer is If I can view the House and negotiate with them a fair price that will suit both our budgets I'm flexible on cost.
