  I have moved several times over the past few years, and this move really stood out because of the people. Sahill and Roeshan went above and beyond in a way that is hard to put into words. What was expected to be a much shorter job ended up taking close to 17 hours due to a few unforeseen factors. We repeatedly told them they could stop and come back another day, but they insisted on staying and completing everything, including assembling all of our furniture. Not once did they complain. They were patient, calm and incredibly accommodating the entire time. In all honesty, they did the work of four men. They were also very reasonably priced and genuinely pleasant to work with. We felt genuinely looked after throughout the process and are so grateful for the care and effort they put in. I would happily recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

  We recently used Hafiza movers for our relocation, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial booking to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. The team arrived on time, well-prepared, and communicated clearly throughout the entire move. They took the time to assess our belongings, planned the loading properly, and handled all items with great care. Fragile items were packed securely, furniture was protected, and nothing was rushed or mishandled. What really stood out was the crew’s attitude—polite, respectful, and genuinely hardworking. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and they were happy to accommodate our requests and answer any questions we had during the move. The truck was packed smartly to maximize space, and unloading at the destination was just as smooth and organized. Everything arrived safely, with no damage, which gave us complete peace of mind. Overall, this company delivered exactly what you hope for during a stressful move: reliability, honesty, and excellent service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy moving service and would definitely use them again in the future.

  Book with caution. I do not like giving bad reviews, as I I like to give constructive feedback, so all I can do is inform what our experience was, and although they were nice people overall, I only experienced problems from the day of the move. Unfortunately, they were 2 hours late from the booked time as the first job of the day, the supervisor didn’t return our call when they said they would to confirm the arrival time. The driver was given the incorrect phone number, so we had no communication. The 2 trucks were enough for our move yet not stacked properly and by the 2nd truck I had to take over for describing what should be packed and stacked where. We had supplied the dimensions of everything we had and yet this was not handed over or considered by the drivers not booking of trucks. The 2 drivers bickered constantly trying to decide what was going in the truck and wasted a significant amount of time as well as space in the trucks, and we had to hire another truck the next day to complete the job. There was more to the job that went wrong - damage to the walls, inability to navigate doors and dumping wrapping on wet floors whilst raining, wetting and damaging furniture- and more- however the worst was when I wrote an email explaining what happened and offering feedback, I did not get any reply. As I said, be cautious when considering booking.
