Refused to clean glass doors and windows despite being on the original quote. Didn’t wipe out kitchen cupboards or walls. Dust was left on several skirting boards etc. After refusing to return when property manager highlighted many areas that needed cleaning before I would get my bond back, I was told on the afternoon of the final day of my lease that I would have to do it myself and was refunded $100. The business owner appeared to be professional but the cleaner was rude and lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this company. The additional stress was not worth it, especially knowing that the property was is good condition before the cleaner began.
