Yes, we are fully insured for loading unloading and travel betwen the pick up address and the drop off address. We have high expectations of ourselves and so we do guarantee our work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Mainly because of my diverse background which has had me travelling on the highways of Australia and given me hands on experience in logistics. I was also prompted by this unique business idea as it has highway couriers struggling to compete - our individual business structure keeps everything interesting.

We have plenty of great stories. What stands out to me is that our customers return again and again. There are so many instances when we have moved the same people, each time at a new stage of life as their growing family requires a larger home. It really shows us that we are doing something right! We have numerous 'favourites' amongst our customers as they are quality people themselves.

Customers should look into the quality of equipment provides have as well as the nature of their employees, the gaurantees. It is also good to know what experience they have and their history with damages etc.  References and testimonials are also good to observe.

We are quality people with high standards and business ethics. For example, the other day we found a $10 note in a lounge that we had stored for our customer. We placed it in an envelope and sent it back to the customer. Although she wasn't even aware that it was there, we are dedictaed to excellence and 100 % honesty.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We ask about the quantity of items, access to the house such as if there are stairs etc. We also need to know what requires disassembly and if there are any awkward larger pieces that are difficult to move or get in and out of the property.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1: By prepacking all of their items into packing boxes, labelling each box - especially FRAGILES - so that they can be clearly seen when they are being handled, loaded and unloaded.  2: Disassembling all beds and items that will need to be made smaller to get out doors etc.  3: Moving as many items, boxes etc. forward to the most obvious exit point for loading also reduces the team members footsteps, the time taken to load and thus, reduces costs.

If customers moving a 3 bedroom house mention ONEFLARE when the call, we will provide a bundle of standard packing boxes with their booked removal job. We will deliver these to their door if they are in the Local Sunshine Coast area.

We are VERYcompetitive as we don't look to over-charge to line our pockets. We just seek a fair price for a job well done. Time rates apply so things can be monitored fairly and charged accordingly. We get in and get the job done.

We usually charge with a DOOR to DOOR which includes Insurance Hourly Rate. We also give set prices for the delivery of individual jobs or items.

House and office removals are our main business. We also specialise in pick up and delivery of single items. Other unique services include furniture store deliveries and other business deliveries which we offer 6 days a week. We also have warehousing facilities - competitive, secure, safe storage right near the Sunshine Coast airport.

We are a team of dedicated professionals. With over 50 years experience in the industry, we are capable of any move. Personally, I have had 33 years of logistics experience with highway freighting and home removals. Having been in the industry so long, we are more reliable and efficient than others. We also break common industry stereotypes of sloppy, cheap removals through caring for what we do, being fair and resonable and improving our service all the time.
