  No complaints here, always does a great job and very responsive & easy to deal with! Tanya has a terric eye for detail. Its great being able to support a local family business when so much commercial clean is now done by big companies based elswhere. Recommended!

  Only did a half attempted job, and left my house wide open when he left. In response to your response, Yes you did give me a $25 discount but only after I had called you to complain about leaving my house open. Regardless of whether the house is empty or not, you don't leave someones house unlocked when you go. You also told me before I left that you would definitely be there when I got back and mentioned nothing about needing to go to another job. I do not believe that you saw me at the end of the street as you said nothing about it when speaking to you and you also told me that you waited for me past the time that I actually turned up at the house to find you not there. I think you are not being truthful with this.

  You are not mentioning the discount. Plus you didn't say lock it and also I seen you pulling into street as I was leaving. The house was totally empty and being renovated. I needed to go to next job.

  My experience was great. I appreciated that he made arrangements ahead of time. He would let me know when he would be able to visit, instead of just showing up randomly. We live in the middle of a house full of people and he just made it really work. I gave him very late notice and even though he wouldn't be able to make my requested time, he was able to fit in my house clean on two separate days to get the job done by Monday.

  Surprised to receive quote over the phone without viewing what was involved, but trusted it would be done when booked. However disappointed to find later that the bath, shower and toilet had not been cleaned as expected, although he did a good job on general areas.
