  We got 4 garments printed with basic black-and-white images. 2 of 4 garments printed extremely well and look great. With the other 2, 95% of the print is good, but a few bits either didn't transfer properly to the t-shirt, or the design phase executed by the staff wasn't perfect. All in all, we are satisfied with the printed garments. Time will tell how long the prints actually remain on the garments. The big let-down for us was that the garments did not arrive on time, because they were not printed promptly enough. There seems to be a bit of a delay with the various actions of getting t-shirts printed with Garment Printing. I'm happy to be proved wrong, but it seems they are using Indian workers in India to take calls, do design work, etc. Whether the workers are here in Australia or over in India, they nonetheless don't operate in the way the average Australian customer would expect. That is, I requested a quote for 2 x Small and 2 x Medium garments, but Alistair returned a quote with 2 x Small, 1 x Medium, 1 x Large, which I unknowingly approved and paid for - only realising when the garments arrived. Secondly, despite discussing at length with Alistair whether the garments could get to us on time (and Alistair assuring me that they would), the garments arrived 1 day late, not in time for the event. Alistair stated that he would ensure that the production of the garments would be expedited, so that they could arrive on time - he said they would arrive several days earlier than the deadline. However, after making the payment, I only received confirmation of receipt of my payment the following day. Then, the following week (2-3 days before I needed the garments inter-state), I received missed calls (and then e-mails) from Alistair wanting to confirm that I was happy with the design and positioning. I was appreciative of him asking (even though I had already given the go-ahead on the phone the week earlier). Thankfully, I saw his missed calls and e-mails and replied promptly with my approval - and asked how on earth he would get the garments to me in 2-3 days. I did not receive a response to my reply, but another e-mail saying that because I hadn't yet given approval, they had decided to proceed with the printing to ensure the garments arrived on time (which they didn't, anyway). So, in terms of the service, despite the staff being pleasant to deal with, our experience was that they make promises that they can't/don't keep, and are somewhat inattentive, unorganised, and either slow to get things done, forgetful, or lacking in foresight as to how long various parts of the process will take. Hence I can only give a 2-star review, as the garments themselves turned out as one would hope for at any printing shop.
