  Ivan is a rockstar. I booked him for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection. From the first call to the final report, everything was seamless and professional. I loved the level of care and time he took after the inspection and payment to explain the report and answer all the questions I had. He went above and beyond to explain everything in clear, simple terms and provided practical advice for addressing any issues with the property should I win it at auction. These valuable insights gave me great confidence in making decisions about the property.   Ivan is a great building inspector to hire. He does his job patiently and inspects each and every corner of the house in details throughout the building process.   There is no greater support for anyone other than Ivan for someone who needs support, professional construction defect feedback, and the voice of the house owner. With growing ambiguity with builders' quality in constructions, regulation shortfalls and many complaints. Professionals like Ivan who we need with us to take care of all the checks in all stages of construction. Because of his immense knowledge and insightful findings of defects, I could push back builders and make them remediate it at each stage of construction. Whatever findings of Ivan whether it's due to incomplete work, compliance defects and other cosmetics, he sends a report with all proof and respective regulatory obligations for the builder to follow which are our legal rights. So far my builder could not deny any Ivans findings and was able to accept it without any hiccups. I would highly recommend Ivan for his immense experience, prompt inspection, meticulous reports on defects and clear articulation of compliance for builders to follow.
