  We were extremely happy with Ivan, who came to inspect a mysterious leak from our upstairs bathroom that was staining the kitchen ceiling. After carefully testing everything, he confirmed that there were no issues with the plumbing or pipes. Instead, he discovered that the stain had been caused by a dead rat. Ivan told me he wouldn’t charge for the visit, which I truly admire. His honesty and integrity stood out, especially considering he spent more than an hour investigating the problem. I told him I was happy to pay if he could provide a report, and he delivered a very professional one—covering both the bathroom and the roofing issues.
