  Ivan did a very thorough building inspection of a property I was intending to purchase. He found several defects I wouldn’t have identified and this enabled me to negotiate the purchase price and get a confirmation from the vendor that the issues would be remedied prior to settlement date. The building inspection report was incredibly detailed and delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. Ivan was also incredibly responsive when I required his expertise to field questions from the vendor and estate agent. Highly recommend First Step Building Group and Ivan.
