  I have tried a few groomers on the coast for our two girls and was recommended by a friend to try Shannon at Fetch, she did a great job and was so professional and gentle with the girls especially the one that doesn't enjoy a bath at all who now looks forward to the pamper. What i was really impressed with was the use of natural products and extra health advice. I have found a gem keep up the top work Shannon.

  Shannon was on time, she remained professional and I've never seen my dog so clean in the whole time I've had her. Easily the best pet groomer on the Central Coast. Thanks so much Shannon, I'll be calling you again soon!

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I did grooming years ago for a franchise when I found out I was pregnant with twins. I had to give it away for my twin sake. Over traveling to city for a Manager Position high stress leave and couldn't bare being away from the kids for 12hrs. So I had a enlighten moment. And start my path to were I am today. Updated to the latest trends and knowledge by doing college again.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  I was finished for the day and was heading home. I have a call from a regular client in tears. After 2 hrs of trying to comb out her standard poodle after going through a vacant block filled with thistles and thorns and farmer friend weeds. The poor poodle was covered from head to toe. I didn't hesitate and I said I would be there shortly. It was 6pm by this stage. The poor poodle could hardly move. Know this poodle was a pets a therapy dog and her coat was her charm. There was no way I was going to clip it all off. I managed to untangle dematt and blast all the thorns thistles out. 2 hrs later the poodle was in perfect shape again.
