Be organised,have site set out so theirs no down time,know what you want from your operator,don't wait for him to start before you make your final dicision on what you want.

Ive been doing this for 12 years and plumbing for over 20,i know what im doing.Make sure your judging apples for apples,just because someone's $100 cheaper does'nt mean your getting $100 value.

Normally charge on a day rate,but this depends on size of job and what machines i will be using.
