  Restarting your computer really does fix 90% of problems. If this doesn't work then read on. Take a picture of the problem if possible and try and explain in as much detail what the problem is and what you were doing (if any) at the time of the issue. (Anything more than 'It doesn't work' is of great benefit). Backup any data you think you will need just in case your computer needs more than just an onsite visit.
