Exceed Chauffeur Services vehicles are fully insured and adhere to all strict Department of Transport  Western Australia licensing and registrations.  All drivers are fully registered to drive SCV vehicles and possess F Endorsements from the Department of Transport of Western Australia.

We wanted to offer a service to allow people to spoil themselves and experience what is like to be treated like royalty without having to pay a fortune.  It is a true pleasure to have so many repeat customers.

We enjoy making each passenger feel they are royalty.  The most satisfying feeling is when we receive emails and texts thanking us for making their trip a fantastic memorable experience and of course the repeat bookings speak for themselves.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Ask your private driver or chauffeur company to confirm in writing they are either F Endorsed or possesses a Taxi License issued from the Department of Transport of WA.  Also request in writing from your driver or chauffeur company that the vehicle being used does have registered SCV, PT or Taxi number plates.  Drivers and vehicles that do not possess these certifications may possibly not even possess a standard driver's license, illegal drivers are not governed by strict industry rules to go through thorough police clearances and vehicle checks annually.  In addition to this, illegal drivers are definately not covered by insurance when taking paying passengers therefore you are playing Russian Roulette with your safety and well being.  If you discover an illegal driver advertising their services for paid work, please report them immediately to the Department of Transport for the well being and safety of unsuspecting future passengers.

FAQ: "When collecting us from the airport, will your driver have a sign with our name on it?" Answer: Yes, your Exceed Chauffeur Services driver will be waiting inside the airport (known as our Meet and Greet Service) with an iPad clearly displaying your name and will assist you with any luggage to your booked luxury vehicle.  FAQ: "How long does it take to get through Perth International Airport customs so I know what time to book the pick up time?". Answer: No need to concern yourself with this, generally it takes approximately 15 - 30 minutes after the flight has landed for you to clear through Perth International Airport Customs however Exceed Chauffeur Services track all incoming flights (Domestic and International) therefore all we require is your flight number and scheduled arrival time.  If your flight is early rest assured we will be there, if it is late we will be there.  Your quoted price for the booking will include sufficient waiting time after the flight has physically landed (up to 30 minutes waiting time allowed for domestic flights, up to 45 minutes waiting time allowed for international flights).    FAQ: "I would like to book a vehicle to pick me up after a football game, what time shall I book as I don't know what time the game will finish and how do I find my driver?" Answer:  In the case of sporting events/concerts transfers where there are substantial crowds/traffic involved and road closures we only accept 2 way bookings so our driver may arrange and show you personally where the best position is to meet him for the return trip.  As for the booked pick up time, we suggest you book your specific time around 15 - 30 minutes after the event is scheduled to finish to avoid being charged unnecessary waiting time in case the event time runs over.

Date and time of required pick up, pick up and destination address, number of passengers, number of suitcases/luggage if applicable, type of vehicle required.  Exceed Chauffeur Services fleet consists of the following vehicles: Holden Caprice Long Wheel Base sedans (Maximum 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases + 2 cabin luggage) Mercedes S Class Long Wheel Base sedans (Maximum 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases) Mercedes People Mover (Maximum 7 passengers, 6 large suitcases)

Bookings made between midnight - 5am incur surcharges, save yourself additional fees by booking outside these times.  Public Holidays and New Years Eve also incur additional charges.

Our pricing is competitive when comparing to to other 5 star reliable services in Perth.  Our reasonable rates ensure that we retain Perth's elite drivers and keep our vehicles in immaculate condition.  Unlike our cheaper competitors, Exceed Chauffeur Services allow sufficient time in between each driver's bookings so this will not result in a late pick up for your booking or worse case scenario, a no show.  By trying to save a few dollars through a cheaper competitor, it could cost you more if you miss your flight or important business meeting or even worse....your wedding. Exceed Chauffeur Services certainly will not let you down and are "On time, every time".

How do you normally charge for your service?

Pricing is calculated on time base to base to complete the journey, the base being the Perth CBD.  Minimum charge is 1 hour. Discounts applicable for bookings of 6 or more consecutive hours.  To obtain a quotation, please complete and submit the Online Quotation Form found on the Exceed Chauffeur Services website.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Utilize Exceed Chauffeur Services for weddings, Perth airport transfers (meet and greet service), dinner/lunch dates, business meetings, general day tours, shopping tours, etc.  Book Exceed Chauffeur Services for a minimum of 1 hour up to an unlimited number of hours or even days.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All Exceed Chauffeur Services drivers have full Department Of Transport of Western Australia F Endorsement licenses.  Under this registration, drivers must pass an annual medical examination and have full police clearance.  All vehicles are SCV registered resulting in compulsory annual vehicle checks at a Police Vehicle Examination Centre.
