Our manager got into the service 30 years ago and loves the diverse work that can happen through this line of work. From helping special needs clients to getting to go to the Olympics to provide service.

We currently have a special needs client we are currently providing services for. Watching the relationship grow we would like to call him a friend personally. Our staff enjoy his company when we work and he enjoys ours, it has been a great experience and we hope to continue working for him.

Do we charge by the hour? Why does my invoice appear this way? We explain to the customer we give a itemised quote. ie oven cleaning, floor cleaning is charged on the service.

We ensure yearly police clearances on all our workers. We also have strict policy on the etiquette and presentation of our staff. With the manager being in the industry for over 30 years and experience in commercial from schools to venues time management is key to our success.

Customers should hire us as we are a local small business, Australian owned and operated. We are willing to go the extra mile and will provide a personal touch that bigger businesses cannot provide. With our loyal staff we are able to tackle any job big and small.

We will need to know the size of the area, windows, etc.  We will also like photos of hot spots (stains, dusty area, cob webs etc) This will allow us to understand the size of the job and the approach we need to take to get it done effectively.

1. Correct preparation.  If the clean is for a vacate clean or a carpet clean please ensure all the furniture is removed from the area you wish for us to clean. This will make it easier for us to clean and save us time.  2. Easy access

For senior citizens and veterans we offer a discount. This discount is available on the first service for 10%. This offer is on going.

Our pricing is competitive based on our personal touch. We will not estimate we will go out and ensure what work needs to be done is all you are getting charged for. We like to ensure there is clear transparency with us and the customers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We send a quote based on the task at hand including hours of work and materials. If this is approved and they want to go ahead with our services we will then make a invoice. This then can be paid with our Eftpos and direct debit payment facilities.
