  I have benefited greatly from Luke’s expertise and knowledge. Having had lower back pain for many years, I now understand how my body works and have exercises and knowledge to keep me relatively pain free. I just wish I lived closer so I could get more massages 😀

  Luke is passionate and dedicated to his craft, and that becomes apparent in your first encounter. He seeks to understand how you move your body, to uncover the root cause of any issues or problems you may be experiencing. Luke provided me with not only physical exercise/movements but also reminded me to be more purposeful with my body movements.   Luke is a very friendly and knowledgable bloke who truly tried to embody a holistic approach to health and fitness and look at the route cause of the issue instead of treating just the symptoms.
