How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I decided to get into pest control due to my interest in nature. I liked the idea of running my own family business in which the family can be involved. Also to be able to pass the business onto my children.

My favourite customer stories are when we see random customer recommendations on our websites.  We do not ask for recommendations as we only like genuine ones.  They enable us to improve our business.

Customer Service is my favourite part of the business. To get feedback instantly from our customers is great for our business. To see satisfaction from them is great.

Customers should ask what services are done.  Exactly what is involved in the treatment, how long the service will take?  How long they should leave the premises after treatment? How much warranty is given? How they can pay for the service?

Definitely what is involved in the service to which we explain the whole process.  Another questions is that the chemicals are environmentally friendly.  We explain that they are designed to kill what it is suppose to kill only.

We will need to know the size or the number of bedrooms of the house.  Exactly what issues they are having. When was the last time they had pest control done on their house.

Clean property to the best of your ability.  Pest Control is a combined effort from the home owner aswell as the pest controller.  Pest control does not work if there is food scraps lying around.

Double R Pest Management give pensioner discounting on booking your services.  We also do package deals if a number of services are booked at the same time.  On occasion we will offer seasonal promotions.

All our prices are extremely competitive - But we will not drop our prices for a non legitimate reason or drop our standard of quality due to a drop in prices

Double R Pest Management have set prices for all services.  We do give pensioner discounting at the time of booking your services.  Our prices are very competitive with other companies but we will not budge on our standard of service. Our whole business is based on Customer Service No 1 and Standard of Service.
