Not only did he not put steel through the block work he didn’t do it the agreed height. When I called him to put another row of blocks on he wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had a friend call him and when he picked up she gave me the phone and argued until he finally agreed to come back and finish. He put a half block course on only. I had to get someone else to finish the job and it has moved in the rain as no steel has been out in it. Terrible experience.
