• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I followed my passion. I have always had dogs. In my younger years in country Victoria it was cattle dogs to now the more suburban breed of West Highland Terriers.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  Being able to save a lady $800 in vet bills as she was told her bluey/kelpie needed to sedated to have his long nails cut (which were causing nail bed pain). We managed to cut all the nails & grind them back to a much more functional length and will be doing them regularly from now on.
