  Inspector was incredibly thorough both with the inspection and the report. The inspector was also happy to take the time to discuss their findings over the phone at length to discuss why things were flagged, what to go back to the property and look for as well as whether or not these were usual defects in other properties they looked at of a similar age. I would absolutely recommend using DC Building Inspectors.

  TREAD WITH CAUTION: An inspector recently inspected our property and I have to say, as someone who's worked in construction and building my own life, I was astounded at how many items were actually incorrect. He also used the toilet, didn't flush and used unopened prop soap and towel which is for staging only. Highly unprofessional. I would caution anyone using this company that humans are fallible and get things wrong. Do not recommend.
