I used DC Building inspectors a few times whilst I was hunting for my first house. David and his team were really easy to deal with, punctual at organising inspections, and prompt at providing detailed, well-presented and easy to follow reports. In particular, DC's reports identified one property in particular with some significant issues that were not apparent to the untrained eye, and saved me from bidding on a property that would have been significant trouble further down the line.
