As Principal of my own law firm I have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. Further, Liability is limited by a scheme approved under professional standards legislation.

Due to solicitor client privilege I am prevented from discussing previous cases. However, I am fortunate enough to have ongoing professional relationships with clients for over 15 years.

The majority of clients ask about legal fees. As Principal of my own firm, I am committed to providing honest and transparent advice about legal fees and in most cases provide a fixed price retainer.

It pays to have a clear understanding of your matter, be able to provide a summary / background to the relevant events as well and objective on what you would like to achieve.

I have worked at large law firms including the largest general practice law firm in Adelaide where I was a Senior Associate. I am fully qualified, and have appeared in most Courts and Tribunals. I have both Masters and Bachelors Degree in Law.
