What makes your pricing competitive?

We believe there is no one size fits all approach to Real Estate pricing which is why we have multiple packages for every individual need. We also feel strongly against agencies slugging owners of higher-end properties with exorbitant fees which is why we have our Fixed fee all-inclusive plans, suitable for properties over $360.

How do you normally charge for your service?

At Coral Sea Property, we understand that the standard fee structure doesn't suit everyone. We have different fee structures that put more money back into your pocket.  Our two management fee structures are designed to suit rentals below $360 with a % fee and fees for lease renewals, marketing and letting. Alternatively, we have an all-inclusive flat rate fee which is suited to property owners with higher-end properties who are sick of paying exorbitant fees just because their property rents for more.  Our management fees are below the market average and we offer marketing packages to suit all types of properties. Most of our owners find our $990 marketing package the best value and we can accommodate payment upfront or on settlement meaning no upfront advertising costs.

We specialise in providing high-level services founded in good communication, accountability and owner advocacy. We introduced a sales team after finding our owners were struggling to find a sales agent that met the high expectations set from their property management team. Although property management is still our core business we provide exceptional results for both our current landlords and property owners looking to sell. Our no excuses, 100% accountable approach with clear communication sets up apart from other agencies in the industry.
