How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After university I build a few website for friends and liked it, I could see that it's a challenging and rewarding profession. I then decided to pursue it full time 7 years ago when I started my business.

I built the website for UNSW Climate Justice. It was a technically challenging project. Their internal team had 3 attempts over 18 months to build the site and couldn't. I built the site end to end in 12 weeks and the customer was very happy.

Number one are the relationships. Over the years I've met lots of interesting people, formed strong relationships and made some great friends. I also like the challenge of building the best solution for the customers business.

We recommend this on a case by case basis as each platform has strengths and weaknesses and are suited to different types of businesses.   Customers also often would like to know about the price. After talking through your requirements we will provide a fixed price quote.

I have extensive technical and design experience and have been building websites for over 10 years. I provide no-nonsense advice and walk you through everything using every day language. I've worked hard to build my business and reputation, my integrity is everything to me.

Before we can provide a quote we like to have a chat and get to know you and your business. There are many different ways to build a website from simple theme based sites to full custom websites with complex elements. During this conversation you can tell us what technology/platform you would like to use or we can recommend what is best for you project.

Before we start the work it simplifies things if you can get together the images, content and inspiration websites you have. This can save money and reduce the time needed to build you website or application.

We are fair with our pricing, providing premium websites and service for affordable prices. With us its and ongoing relationship where we support you as you grow your business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For web design and development we charge using fixed quotes. Depending on the size of the job the initial deposit is 25-50%. For upgrades, updates and emergency recovery we usually charge using hourly rates.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I studied Business Information Systems (and Finance) at university. I then proceeded to learn how to design and then how to program.   My university studies gave me a good understanding of how businesses run and what really matters. I've dealt with many different types of businesses over the years and I bring that experience to my client relationships.
