  I had my “off the plan” final inspection (pre settlement) conducted by this company. The building inspector did a really thorough job and picked up a heap of defects. Most of them were small - so I wouldn’t have known about them for months or years down the track (after it would be too late to report them). He communicated really well and explained everything thoroughly and took photos as he went. Following the unit inspection, we went to the basement where there were bigger issues. He explained the implications of the issues there and took more photos. His report was emailed to me quickly and it was exceptional - really high quality photos with details and clear context with regards to the level of seriousness of each defect. I’ve been waiting for nearly 4 years for my unit - and I feel that this inspection was the best investment I could’ve made along the way. Haris was really professional, communicated well and covered everything - also was very nice and personable to deal with. I’m really grateful for the work he did and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a building inspection. Well worth it. 5 stars !!!!
