  I booed this company for my bond clean. I paid $380 for the service and my real estate found clear areas of the apartment that weren’t cleaned properly. I tried disputing it with the company directly, but because it took my real estate longer than 7 days to do the exit report, this company denied my request and claim no responsibility for the flawed job. So now the further cleaning at the apartment is coming directly out of my bond. I do not recommend this service.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience As outlined in our service terms, any concerns need to be raised within 7 days so we can arrange a return visit if required. We are one of the few cleaning companies in Melbourne that provides a 7-day bond back guarantee, while most companies in the industry offer only a 48–72 hour window to report issues. One of the main reasons for this 7-day limit is naturally occurring dust build-up and other environmental factors that can occur after a property has been cleaned and left vacant. For this reason, our team always advises customers to schedule their bond clean on, or as close as possible to, the key handover date to minimise the chance of dust settling before the final inspection. In this case, the exit report and the cleaning concerns were raised more than 14 days after the service. Unfortunately, after this amount of time we were unable to process the claim under our guarantee. We understand that bond inspections can be stressful and we do appreciate the feedback.

  Absolutely terrible. End of tenancy clean was completely inadequate, requiring a second clean, which still was not good enough. The managing agent said they had 'simply moved the dust around'. I did not get my bond back - despite the promised 'Bond Guarantee' - and I have had to paid again for another professional clean with a different company. Please do not waste your time or money.

  Had an end-of-lease clean done and couldn’t be happier with the results! The place looked spotless, even the little details were taken care of. Super professional and easy to deal with. Got the full bond back with no issues. Definitely recommend Cola Kleen

  Booked them for my end of lease clean and they did such a good job. Place looked way better than when I first moved in. They even sent a report straight to my agent, which made the inspection process really smooth. Bond came back no problem. Would definitely use again
